Kanopolis State Park *a preview*

This weekend, I was able to get away for a nice little camping adventure at Kanopolis State Park.

Kanopolis is located in Ellsworth County, just outside of Marquette. Random fact, Kanopolis was actually the first State Park in Kansas.

It sure has a lot to see and do! I really wanted to camp here to see the sandstone bluffs and caves.

Unfortunately, the unpredictable Kansas weather decided to hit, so I really didn't make it out of our campsite to explore. But, our campsite had plenty to see!

I'm looking forward to going back and exploring more-but for now here are some preview pictures of what Kanopolis has to offer!
