Sweet Berries and Brambles

Today, a dear friend and I loaded up in the minivan for a tiny road trip to Harper, Kansas to pick strawberries at Sweet Berries and Brambles.
Harper is located in Harper County in South-Central Kansas. It was a nice scenic country drive and took us about 50 minutes.
Sweet Berries and Brambles is located on the personal property of Joel and Leslie Gerber, who I have to mention, are both school teachers. This place encompasses what Kansas is all about.
Joel greeted us when we arrived and was very helpful to us city folk on how to look for a great strawberry.
It was fun to walk around looking for the best strawberries. Definitely something you need to experience.
